CERRUTI 1881 PARIS
New Cerruti 1881 Paris advertising campaign Fall/Winter 13-14 collection: the latest instalment in the story of Place de la Madeleine’s Fashion House
For the second season running, Cerruti’s artistic director, Aldo Maria Camillo, has collaborated with Jeff Burton on the photography for the fashion house’s latest advertising campaign.
Burton is an American photographer, renowned both for his artistic technique as well as for his innovative advertising campaigns. Camillo, at the helm of Cerruti’s artistic arm since June 2012, was once more seduced by Burton’s non-conventional and cinematographic approach to images.
The new Cerruti 1881 Paris FW 13-14 advertising campaign is the fruit of this alliance.
A cinematographique atmosphere and soft lighting lend themselves to stolen moments of a conversation behind closed doors – there is nothing ordinary about the mood of the new adverstising campaign, including the model himself, chosen to incarnate the image of the new Cerruti 1881 Paris man.
Laurence Wasser is an artist, a musician, and a model for the duration of the photo shoot. He captures this season’s new look perfectly, and is symbolic of Cerruti’s new style.
